“Alexandra and Reiki were recommended to me by a good friend during a particularly low time in my life. I attended 6 Reiki healing sessions over a four week period and I started to feel better almost immediately. Alexandra is a practical person, and her skill in helping me see things in a more positive and practical light helped me enormously. I am now able to put her tips into practice and I look forward to my future.”

Dr. Mikao Usui
Dr. Mikao Usui was a Japanese spiritual teacher who founded the healing art of Reiki in the early 20th Century. He was born in 1865, in the Yamagata prefecture of Japan. In 1922, he embarked on a 21- day spiritual retreat on Mount Kurama, during which he experienced a spiritual awakening that gave him the ability to heal others through touch.
He called this healing method Reiki.
Today, Reiki is a popular form of complimentary healing practiced around the world. Usui’s contributions to the development of Reiki are widely recognized and celebrated by practitioners of the healing art.

““Reiki is love, Love is wholeness, Wholeness is balance, Balance is well-being, Well-being is freedom from disease.””
