Its benefits include improved flexibility, balance, and strength, as well as stress reduction, enhanced circulation, and chronic pain relief, all without the need to get down onto a mat.

Holistic Counselling

  • Holistic Counselling aims to empower clients to make and meet their goals, both personal and professional.

    As your chosen counsellor, Alexandra will encourage and help her clients to get where they want to be in life. She will assist her clients with problem - solving, mindset etc. She will help you pinpoint blocked creativity and stressors. She will aim to help clients improve careers, relationships and day-to-day lives, thus achieving long-lasting change.

  • Clarify your goals: Alexandra will help you identify your strengths, weaknesses, and areas of improvement, as well as clarify your short-term and long-term goals.

    Develop a plan: Once your goals are identified, Alexandra will work with you to develop an action plan to achieve them.

    Accountability: You will be accountable for following through on the action plan, making adjustments as necessary.

    Guidance and support: Throughout the coaching process, Alexandra will offer guidance and support to help you overcome any obstacles or challenges that arise.

    Personal growth: Alexandra will encourage you to step outside of your comfort zone and grow personally, both in your personal and professional life.

  • Coaching sessions typically last 1 hour and are held over zoom at a time and date agreed in advance.

    Alexandra offers a free 30 minute consultation to discuss what you are looking to achieve.

    The hourly fee of €80 must be paid in advance.
